1. Digital Products and Subscriptions Due to the nature of digital products, including digital magazine issues, articles, and subscriptions, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided once access to the digital product has been granted. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your digital purchase, please contact our support team at 4got10mag@gmail.com, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue.

2. Physical Products The following conditions apply to returns and refunds: Returns Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return Window: You may return physical products within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, minus any shipping charges. Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund. If the order has not yet been processed, we will attempt to cancel it and provide a full refund. However, once the order has been processed or shipped, the cancellation will not be possible, and our standard return policy will apply.

6. Non-Refundable Items The following items are non-refundable: Digital products once they have been accessed or downloaded. Gift cards. Items marked as final sale or clearance.
